Genevieve L. Crosser, 96, of North Ridgeville, Ohio, passed Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2006, in EMH Regional Medical Center, Elyria, Ohio.
She was born Sept. 10, 1910, in Coffeyville, Kan., to Howard H. and Florence (Verco) Miller, now deceased. Genevieve graduated from Findlay High School in 1929, was a retired LPN, graduated from Sandusky School of Practical Nursing then worked many years at Providence Hospital, Sandusky. She married James W. Crosser on Aug. 23, 1929, and he died in 1986.
She was also preceded in death two brothers, Fred and Paul Miller.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Ann (James) Templeton, of Castalia, and Carol J. Homola of Avon Lake, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Ruth Ann Kain of Kettering, Ohio, James W. Templeton of Troy, Ohio, Margaret C. Rudolph of Sandusky, Laura E. Alkire, of Bellevue, Christopher Homola of Olmstead Falls, Ohio, Jennifer Homola, of Rocky River, Ohio, and Elizabeth Homola of Columbia, Tenn.; and 11 great-grandchilden.
Visitation will be held from noon Saturday until services at 1 p.m. in Coldren-crates Funeral Home, Findlay. The Rev.
Thomas Schutt will officiate. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
