Dorothy E. "Dottie" Stallard, 68, of Sandusky, died Friday evening, April 30, 2010, in Elmwood at the Springs Facility, Green Spring, following a brief illness.
She was born Feb. 20, 1942, in Clintwood, Va. Dottie was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Huron.
She is survived by her companion, Bob Tellman of Sandusky; two sons, Roger A. Stallard of Sandusky and Carl Wayne Stallard of Toledo; one granddaughter, Christina Stallard of Sandusky; one brother, Billy Gene Hughes of Coeburn, Va.; three sisters, Nina Hughes of Sandusky, Joyce Coe of Norwalk and Janice Carty of Pound, Va.; one cousin, Fred A. Hughes of Castalia; and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger H. Stallard in 1992; her parents, Ed and Martha (Mullins) Hughes; and two brothers, Bobby and Willie Hughes.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Meadow Green Memorial Park, 2700 Bogart Road, Huron. The Rev. David Aber will officiate.
