J. Harold Morris, 94, of Sandusky died Sunday night, April 11, 2010, in Lutheran Memorial Home.
He was born June 2, 1915, in Dungannon, Ohio, and graduated from Jackson High School in 1933. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Sandusky, and worked for Old Millsite Farms.
He is survived by two sons, Raymond Morris of Collins and Harry (Sandy) Morris of Castalia; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; ex-daughter-in-law, Phyllis Morris of Bellevue; and several nieces and nephews.
Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Dorothy (Miller) Morris in 2002; parents, Charles H. and Mary C. (Mincks) Morris; brother, Perlie Morris; two sisters, Marie and Goldie Goebereiner; and daughter in-law, Carolyn Morris.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday in Ransom Funeral Home, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia, where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday and the Rev. John Mawhirter will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
