Linda L. Hoffman, 64, of Castalia died Tuesday morning, April 6, 2010, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1946, in Sandusky. She graduated from Sandusky High School in 1964 and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Sandusky. Linda delivered newspapers in Castalia for more than 20 years and in her free time she enjoyed making cakes.
She is survived by three daughters, Christine Johnson of Huron, Michelle (Randy) Ryerson of Sandusky and Liana Hoffman of Castalia; son, Eric Hoffman of Castalia; five grandchildren, Jaimie Johnson, Danny Johnson, Mike Ryerson, Maisa Ryerson and Addie Lynn Hoffman; sister, Jill (Dave) Shrock of Marblehead; brother, Michael (Lyn) Curtis of Huron; sister-in-law, Judi Curtis of Sandusky; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Hoffman, in 2002; parents, Norman and Anna (Singleton) Curtis; and brother, Toby Curtis.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Friday in Ransom Funeral Home, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky; The Rev. David Nuss will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
