Clifford E. Wing, 75, of Clyde died unexpectedly Wednesday, March 17, 2010, in The Bellevue Hospital.
Mr. Wing was born in Bellevue, Jan. 23, 1935, son of the late Clarence F. and Bina B. (Standly) Wing. He attended Thompson High School and was a member of the Clyde Moose. Cliff was an electrics technician for many years, retiring in 1991.
On July 2, 1955, he married Joan I. Mooney and she survives, as do their three children, Chris (Cindy) Wing of Whitehouse, Tenn., Cynthia (Terry) Wing Cullen of Clyde and James (Cheryl) Wing of Oak Harbor; eight grandchildren; and brother, Daryl (Jo Ann) Wing.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Elizabeth Stout, Charles F. Wing and Lovetta Ervin.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Friday in Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. James Belcher officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
