Eleanor M. Drumm, 89, of Huron, and formerly of Toledo, passed away Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, in Admiral's Pointe in Huron.
She was born March 25, 1918, in Toledo and was the daughter of John and Hattie (Kasubiak Klap). Eleanor worked at Autolite during W.W. II and was a nurse for 18 years at the former Mercy Hospital. Eleanor was a longtime member of Regina Coeli Church and recently a member of St. Peter's Church in Huron. She was a loving mother and was the widow of John J. Drumm, who preceded her in death in 2004 after 68 years of marriage.
Survivors include her sons, Timothy Drumm and Patrick Drumm; grandsons, Mike Drumm and John Drumm; her sister, Anne Santillo; and brothers, Kasmer Klap and Stanley Kapp.
Friends are invited to visit from 11 a.m. Wednesday until services at 1 p.m. at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Ave., Toledo. The Rev. Jeffrey P. Sikorski will officiate. Interment will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
