GEORGE N. PITCHER JR. <br />APRIL 22, 1943-JAN. 8, 2007

WASHINGTON COURT HOUSE, Ohio

George N. Pitcher Jr., 63, formerly of Sandusky, passed away Jan. 8, 2007, in Carolton Manor Nursing Home in Washington Court House, Ohio, after an extended illness.

He is survived by sons, Mike of Port Clinton and Mark (Valerie) of Sandusky; daughter, Marcella of Sandusky; five granddaughters; two grandsons; brothers, Ervin (June) of Castalia and Jim (Marti) and Don (Martha) of Sandusky; sisters, Beverly Blair of Sandusky and Nancy Moore of Tucson, Ariz.; and brother-in-law, Jim Ruppert.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle, and sister, Barbara Ruppert.

Cremation has taken place, and a private memorial service will take be at a later date.

Local arrangements are entrusted to David F. Koch Funeral Home, 520 Columbus Ave, Sandusky.

Ms. Mork, information provided to the Register was clearly and unintentionally incorrect, his name IS George H. Pitcher, Jr.!!!
