PARMA, Ohio
Walter "Walt" Slempa, 80, passed away Monday, Jan. 22, 2007.
He was the beloved husband of 54 years to Dolores (Krieger); loving father of Walter, Deborah (deceased), Annette (George) Steck, Cynthia (Dennis) Coyle and Paul (Pattie); devoted grandfather of Michele (Charles) Clerc, Joshua, Rachele and Zachary Steck and Shana Riegler and Laura Slempa; brother of Helen, Stanley and John (deceased).
He was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday in Ripepo Funeral Home, 5762 Pearl Road, Parma, where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Friday.
