Janet L. Hoffer, 69, of Sandusky, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born Feb. 11, 1937, in Bellevue. She was employed by Plastic Motor Supply, Norwalk, the Sandusky Register and Periodical Publishers, retiring in 1994. She was a member of the American Legion Post 83 Auxiliary and the Sandusky Eagles Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Hoffer, whom she married Nov. 9, 1985; daughter, Kimberly (Joe) Rohrbacher of Sandusky; son, Charles (Sandy) Paseka of Vickery; stepdaughter, Teresa (Tim) Spencer of Clyde; stepson, Fred Hoffer of Whites Landing; five grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and four more on the way, including triplets; brother, Carl Williams of Norwalk; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marian (Thomsen) Williams; and a sister, Betty (Ray) Braden.
At the request of the deceased, cremation has taken place in Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, and private family services will be at a later date.
