Charles Kenneth Hahn Jr., 79, resident of Ashland, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the Ashland Samaritan Hospital in Ashland, Ohio.
He was born on Oct. 3, 1934, in Oberlin, Ohio, to Charles and Marguerite (Clark) Hahn and had formerly been a Bucyrus and Willard resident.
Mr. Hahn was a retired loan officer at the former State Bank.
He attended Grace Brethren Church in Ashland and was an avid sports fan. He was a former member of the Bucyrus Rotary Club and East Townsend Masonic Lodge #322. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served in Germany during peacetime.
He is survived by two brothers, Richard E. Hahn of Rocky River, Ohio, and Clark E. Hahn of Berlin Heights, Ohio; 16 nieces and nephews; and other relatives.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Della (Ramey) Hahn, in 2005; and a sister, Margaret (Hahn) Reising, in 2003.
A private funeral service will be Saturday, July 26, at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
