SANDUSKY
Alex R. Duston, 2, son of Jeremy M. and Michelle S. (Starkey) Duston Sr. of Sandusky, passed away late Monday morning, Jan. 1, 2007, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Main Campus, Sandusky, after a lengthy illness.
He was born June 2, 2004, in Sandusky.
Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Allen and Jeremy Jr.; maternal grandparents, Pauline Starkey and Ray E. Starkey Sr.; paternal grandparents, Donald (Cindy) Duston and Kimberly (Mike) Landoll; maternal great-grandmother, Rita Smith; other maternal and paternal aunts and uncles; and his buddy and helper, Larry.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Glenda Lee Smith and Paul E. Smith Sr.; paternal great-grandparents, Al (Ann) Restle, Mary Alice Duston-Ellis, Donald W. Duston, George E. Ellis and Pearl Lawson.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Friday until services at 11 a.m. in Oakland Cemetery Chapel, 2917 Milan Road, Sandusky, with The Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky. Arrangements are entrusted to David F. Koch Funeral Home, 520 Columbus Ave., Sandusky.
