Scott A. Shuker, 27, Monroeville, surrendered his life to the Lord June 30, 2014, when the vehicle he was driving was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign.
Scott was born Sept. 20, 1986, in Norwalk. He was a graduate of Monroeville High School and attended Terra Tech. Scott was a stone mason for Empire Masonry in Cleveland, Ohio.
He leaves behind his sons, Alex, 8, and Gavin, 2. Also surviving is his mother, Dawn Alberts-Schneider (Ron); his father, Scott E. Shuker (Martine); brothers, Chad and Drew Duchette; one sister, Grayce Anne Shuker; nieces, Gabi and Isabel Duchette; and many other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Don and Shirley Alberts; and his paternal grandparents, David and Janet Shuker.
Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, at Pfeil Funeral Home, Monroeville Chapel, 109 Monroe St., Monroeville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 66 Chapel St., Monroeville. Father William Pifher will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville.
