Robert Michael Worosher, 66, residing in Sandusky, passed away early Monday morning, June 23, 2014, in The Meadows at Osborne Park after a lengthy illness.
Robert was born Nov. 3, 1947 in Sandusky, to Ruth (Gilbert) Worosher and the late Michael Worosher, who passed away in 1966.
Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, who proudly served his country overseas two times during the Vietnam War on the U.S.S. St. Paul. In his spare time he enjoyed playing and watching all sports, reading, riding motorcycles, and attending antique car shows.
Including his mother, Robert is survived by two sisters, Deborah (Robert) Riggs of California and Brenda (Barry) Erickson of Idaho; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, at Meadow Green Memorial Park, 2602 Bogart Road, Huron with Rev. Peter Dodd presiding.
Groff Funeral Homes and Crematory in Sandusky is assisting the family with arrangements.
