Debra Lynn (Caskey) Lieb, 56, of Sandusky, passed away early Tuesday morning, April 1, 2014, in her residence following a lengthy illness.
She was born Aug. 10, 1957, in Sandusky, to Arnold Caskey and Arlene (Clifton) Jolly.
Debbie was employed as a phlebotomist at Firelands Regional Medical Center, was a certified Medical Assistant at Dayton Family Practice, and most recently was employed as a Health Care specialist at Drug Mart. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, computer games and spending time with her family and her dogs, Chickie and Bear. Debbie was loved by everyone and that love was returned. She touched the lives of many with her beautiful smile and upbeat personality.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 36 years, Dennis A. Lieb; her two daughters, Missy and Deni` Lieb; two sons, Adam (Elizabeth) Lieb, and Marcus (Misty) Trapp; seven grandchildren, Jacob, Cody, Malachi, Malek, Carter, Kaden, and Lucy; one great-grandchild, Mia; her brother, Darrell (Nancy) Caskey; many nieces nephews, and other family members.
Including her parents, and step father, she was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Elisabeth, in infancy.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Thursday, April 3, at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Friends may also call from 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, until funeral services at 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church, 503 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
