Glenn W. Cramer, 80, of Logan, Ohio, passed away March 3, 2014, in Pickering House, Lancaster, Ohio.
Glenn was born April 18, 1933, in Gouldsboro, Pa., to Daniel and Gertrude Cramer. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Korean War; worked for more than 40 years on the Norfolk Southern Railroad; and a 50 year member of the Logan Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Laura Cramer of Logan; son, William M. (Andrea) Cramer of Shawsville, Va.; and daughter, Christine M. Cramer of Allensville, Ohio; grandchildren, Lucas Cramer, Bethany (Joe) Chandler, Callie (Patrick) Buice, and Cody Huston; great-grandchildren, Michael Cramer, Faith Cramer, and Rena Chandler; and brothers, Wilmer (Pauline) Cramer of Bellevue, Donald C. Cramer of Westerville, Ohio, and Robert (Jean) Cramer of Sandusky.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; step brothers, Charlie Bender and Snowden Berger.
Calling hours will be observed 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 6, and one hour prior to the service on Friday, at Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan. A Masonic service will follow at 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 7, at the funeral home, with Rev. Linda Ward officiating. Burial will be Knollwood Cemetery in Logan. A Military graveside service will be held by the Hocking County Honor Guard.
