Ryan Walter Horn, age 34, passed away Feb. 28, 2014.
He was born April, 28, 1979, in Sandusky, the son of Kirk and Jane (Schaefer) Horn, who survive in Bellevue.
Ryan worked for Dauch Concrete for 10 years and then returned to the family farm to work doing what he loved.
He was 1998 graduate of Bellevue High School, and a member of Immaculate Conception Church.
Ryan will always be remembered for his deep love for his children and his passion for riding, farming and working hard. His smile was infectious, his laugh contagious.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Carrie (Daniel) Horn whom he married Dec. 6, 2002, in Las Vegas; sons, Deegan, Brody and Cooper Horn all at home; sisters, Brandi (Ian) Fultz of Bellevue, Noelle (Curt) Linder of Norwalk; niece, Cassidy Fultz; nephews, Dylan Fultz and Alex and Ethan Linder; his paternal grandmother, Eloise Horn of Bellevue; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Walter Horn Jr.; maternal grandparents, William and Betty Schaefer; uncles, David and William Schaefer.
Friends will be received 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. The rosary will be recited at 1:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Thursday, March 6, at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center St., Bellevue. Casual dress is requested by the family.
