Rosabelle “Rose” Anna (Borsos) Vincent, 83, of Sandusky, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 1, 2014, in Parkvue Healthcare Center after a brief illness.
Rose was born in Curtice, Ohio, to a family of Hungarian immigrants. She spent her life doing God’s work and helping others as a nurse’s aide. She spent her Sunday’s serving the Lord at Wayside Temple and The Church of God. She was a loving and caring mother and grandmother. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed taking evening rides to sit by the lake, reading her Bible, crossword puzzles, and caring for her plants.
Rose is survived by her children, Lisa (Troy) Irby of Sandusky, Annette Johnson of Birmingham, Ala., Leonard Crum of Birmingham, Ala., Darrin Crum of Dayton, Ohio, Paul Vincent Jr. of Curtice, Ohio, and Debbie Vincent of Curtice, Ohio; granddaughters, ShaQuanna Crum and Capreece Irby, both of Sandusky; and a host of other grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and other friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Borsos; mother, Mary (Toht) Borsos; and 10 brothers and sisters.
The family will be holding a private ceremony at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Pastor Rusty Yost will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
