Josephine “Joey” Ann Fedele, 81, died peacefully at home after a brief illness on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014.
Josephine was born July 4, 1932, in Huron, the eighth child of James and Ann Marie Fedele.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Joe, Frank, Louis and Andy; and her sister, Mary Severini; as well as her brothers-in-law, Gus Iannarino, Augie Severini, Eugene Rocca; and her sister-in-law, Ernestine Fedele.
She is survived by her sisters, Kay Iannarino of Columbus and Angie Rocca of Warren, Michigan; brother, Jim (Donna) Fedele of Sandusky; and many nieces and nephews, especially Mary Ann and Tim Hollern, Frank and Peggy Iannarino, Bob and Robin Iannarino, Christine Iannarino and Charlene Iannarino, who all cared for her during her illness.
At Josephine’s request, there will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 1, at Saint Catharine of Sienna Catholic Church, 500 S. Gould Road, Columbus. Msgr. John K. Cody is the celebrant, and assisted by Deacon Frank A. Iannarino. Burial will take place at the Fedele Family gravesite in Milan.
