Lillian F. (Ransom) Neuscheler, 76, of Castalia, died Monday morning, Jan. 6, 2014, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, following a brief illness.
She was born June 27, 1937, in Castalia and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1955. She was a member of the Congregational UCC, Castalia, and Phi Theta Sorority. Lillian worked as a seamstress and a consultant for Mary Kay cosmetics.
She loved to knit, sew, make crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren and taking them to Cedar Point.
She is survived by her daughter, Marsha (Jason Roesch) Morrow, of Castalia; son, Joel Morrow, of Sandusky; six grandchildren, Robert J. "Reggie" (Allison) Bradley, Marisha Bradley, Brianna Cover, Blake Morrow-Roesch, Brandon Roesch and Nathan Roesch; two great-grandchildren, Logan M. Bradley and Autumn M. Bradley; two sisters, Annette (Thomas) Churchill and Luana Napka; brother, Glen (Betty) Ransom; and several nieces and nephews.
Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Neuscheler, in 2011; son, Todd Morrow; father, Glen Ransom; and mother, Mabel (Fischer) Marshall Cronenberger.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 10, until services at 11 a.m. at Congregational UCC, 205 Main St., Castalia. Pastor John Paputza will officiate. Burial will be in Castalia Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, and to the Congregational UCC, 205 Main St., Castalia, OH 44824.
