Claudia Jean (Farrar) Randleman, 70, of Sandusky, passed away Friday, Dec. 6, 2013, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born in Sandusky on Feb. 17, 1943. She was the only child born to Claude Farrar and Ethel Mae (Campbell) Farrar Johns.
Claudia was employed at General Motors Administration out of New York City, and returned to Sandusky, where she was employed at Ohio Edison and the Department of Human Resources as a supervisor.
As a child Claudia loved to dance, listen to music, and was in a local singing group, the Chorallers. In recent years she loved to take long rides, read, and spend quality time with her family.
Claudia is survived by her daughters, Courtney L. (Gregory) Turner of Haymarket, Va., and Erica G. (Jeffrey) Randleman of Aurora, Colo.; sons, Troy F. Randleman of Sandusky, Kevin C. (Elizabeth) Randleman of Las Vegas, and Jason K. Randleman of Denver; and thirteen grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Franklin Randleman.
Friends may call from noon Friday, Dec. 13, until funeral services at 1 p.m., at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Rev. Thomas Darden Sr. will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery.
