Liliana Alicia Nonato, 3 1/2, of Louisville, Ky., passed away peacefully in her home Oct. 11, 2013, after a six month battle with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Lili was born in Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 23, 2009. Lili was the daughter of Kelsey Johnson, formerly of Huron, and Fredy Nonato of Columbus.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her older brother, John Antonio Nonato; her younger sister, Avery Jordan Watson; great-grandparents, George and Dorothy Morrow formerly of Milan; grandmother, Beverly Johnson of Huron; grandfather, Terry Johnson of Huron; grandparents, Juan and Maria Nonato of Mexico City, Mexico; Uncle Anthony and Aunt Rachel Johnson of Raleigh, N.C.; Uncle Brandon and Aunt Jazmin Johnson of Costa Mesa, Calif.; and many other great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, John and Goldie Johnson of Berlin Heights; great uncle, John Johnson of Huron; and cousin, Troy Johnson of Huron.
Lili touched the hearts of everyone she met with her smile. She loved butterflies, blowing bubbles, and going to the zoo and park with her family.
A visitation was held Oct. 14, at the Joseph E. Ratterman & Son Funeral Home in Louisville, Ky. The family wishes to express their gratitude for all the support of friends and family during this difficult time. She will always be remembered by her family as “our little princess”.
