Jeffrey P. “Jeff” Warneck II, 18, of Norwalk, died unexpectedly Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013, in Huron.
He was born Jan. 1, 1995, in Sandusky, and was a 2013 graduate of EHOVE, graduating on the Skilled U.S.A. honor roll.
Jeff was a member of the Erie County Conservation League, and loved fishing, woodworking, and shooting his bow and arrow. He had an unbreakable spirit, was fun to be around, always had a smile on his face, and enjoyed spending time with his family more than anything.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rebecca (Wiedle) Brutcher and Scott Brutcher, of Norwalk; father, Jeffrey P. Warneck, of Milan; sister, Rachel Warneck, of Norwalk; brother, Jeremy Wiedle, of Norwalk; maternal grandparents, Mike and Barb Toft, of Sandusky, and Bob and Carol Brutcher, of Norwalk; paternal grandfather, Ronald Warneck, of Huron, paternal grandparents, Tom and Mary Nigro, of Sandusky; paternal great-grandmother, Sedora Cattano, of Sandusky; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Friends may also call from 10 Monday, Oct. 14, until funeral services at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Monroeville.
