Jeffrey Stephen Miller, 53, of Norwalk, died unexpectedly Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, surrounded by his family at Fisher-Titus Hospital, Norwalk.
He was born Feb. 18, 1960, to Harry “Dan” and Jean (Haefling) Miller in Fremont. Jeffrey graduated from St. Joseph Central Catholic High School in 1978 where he played on the golf league.
He earned his associate degree in marketing from Terra Community College. Jeffrey worked at Steinle Chevrolet/Buick in Clyde as the office manager. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson, his job, NASCAR racing and Ohio State Buckeye sports. Jeffrey received several GM awards from his employment at Steinle.
Surviving are his parents; siblings, Mary Ann (Dusty) Reinhart, Cindy (Dave) Pitchford and Mike Miller all of Fremont, and Elaine (Mark) Roynon of Findlay; significant other, Tammy Walker of Norwalk; and her children, Ashley and Shelby Fielitz of Norwalk; Tammy’s granddaughter, Haley Nickoli; nieces and nephews, Daniel, Emily, and Kathryn Reinhart, Dane and Cara Pitchford, Alisha and Rihana Miller, Lindsey and Allison Roynon.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, with a wake service in the evening. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Zacharias officiating. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
