Belinda Jo Myers “Joby”, 76, of Fremont, passed away Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, in Bethesda Care Center.
She was born March 4, 1937, in Belle Center, Ohio, to Oliver Myers and Opal (Smith) Wagner. She was a 1955 graduate of Kenton High School.
Joby worked at Peter Eckrich, where she retired after many years of service. She was a member of Hayes Memorial United Methodist Church and enjoyed watching football, working in the yard, and spending time with her family.
Joby is survived by her children, Michael (Tamara) Myers of Clyde, Kimberlee Myers (Lynn Urban) of Fremont, Jackie (Dwayne) Myers Gannon of Tecumseh, Mich.; sister, Brenda Rogers of Kenton, Ohio; grandchildren, Jason and Joshua Myers, Jordie Martin, Travis Gannon; and great-grandchildren, Addyson and Carl Myers, Blake Martin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oliver Myers; mother, Opal Wagner; and sister, Barbara Ansley.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, at Wonderly Horvath Hanes Funeral Home and Crematory, 425 E. State St., Fremont. Private family services will be held. Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, at Grove Cemetery, Kenton, Ohio.
