Pauline (Hopkins) Seals, 85, of Sandusky passed away early Sunday afternoon July 14, 2013, in Lutheran Memorial Home following a lengthy illness.
She was born July 7, 1928, in New Tazewell, Tenn., to William Hopkins and Mossie Watson.
Pauline enjoyed gardening, shopping, bird watching, cooking her famous fruit cake, and most of all spending time with her family.
Pauline is survived by her two daughters, Connie (Thomas) White, and Kathy (Richard Hutchings) Wright, both of Sandusky; three grandchildren, Kyle (Jessica) Wright of Huron, Jeff (Janelle) White, Megan (Johnny) Perez, of Sandusky; two great-grandchildren, Iyana and Elias Perez; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Clarence Seals in 2011; and a son in infancy.
Friends may call 10-11 a.m. Thursday, July 18, at Groff Funeral Home, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Kathy Shuck will officiate. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
