Juliet Stoltz, 71, of Lancaster, Ohio, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, in Pickering House.
She was born March 8, 1938, in Sikeston, Mo., daughter of the late Martin A. and Doris (Markham) Swinney. Juliet was a 1956 graduate of Jamerson R3 High School in Sikeston, Mo. She served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1956-59. Juliet was a life member of AMVETS Post 1985 and also a member of American Legion Post 11.
Juliet is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, James Stoltz; daughters, Carla (Wayne) Tucker of Sandusky, Deana (Sonny) Moreno of Fostoria, Deneen (Chris) Biechele of Sandusky and Carrie Tavoletti of Sandusky; grandchildren, Andrew, Ashley, Alex, Aaron, Brandon, John, William, Danyelle and Hunter; great-grandchildren, Aubryona and Amyiah; brother, William “Bill” (Pat) Swinney of Excelsior Springs, Mo.; sister, Debby (Elden) Dilks of Sibley, Mo.; stepdaughters, Shari (Rich) Boring of Thornville, Ohio, and Holli (Joe) Eversole of Somerset, Ohio; stepgrandchildren, Jason, Ashley, Lauren, Brian, Emily, Joey, Ryan and Jacob; and stepgreat-grandchild, Hunter.
In addition to her parents, Juliet was preceded in death by her first husband of 32 years, John Tavoletti; and brother, Gene Swinney.
Memorial services will be at 4 p.m. today in Lancaster AMVETS Post 1985.
