Jody L. Monday, 47, of Marblehead, died Thursday, June 13, 2013, in Cleveland Clinic.
Jody was born March 24, 1966, in Oregon, Ohio, to William and K. Elaine (Clifton) Balogh. She was a graduate of Clyde High School, a member of the Church of Christ, and taught line dancing at various places.
Mrs. Monday enjoyed riding motorcycles, fishing and entertaining family and friends.
On Oct. 25, 1985, she married Daniel G. Monday. He survives along with their sons, Nathan Monday and Adam Jacob-Logan Monday, both of Marblehead. Her mother, Elaine, survives in Clyde and two granddaughters, Krystal Kay and Chelseigh Marie Monday, in Marblehead. Four brothers, James (Jean) Balogh, of Northwood, Ohio, Jerry (Paulette) Balogh, of Commerce, Mich., Jeffrey (Patty) Balogh, of Green Springs, and Jay (Cynthia) Balogh, of Brooklyn, Mich., as well as numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Jody's in-laws, Rebecca Varnes, of Fremont; Dee Reinbolt, of Arizona; Barb Berberick, of Republic, Ohio, and Mike Monday, of Fremont also survive.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. Pastor Don Spurlock will officiate.
