Kathleen Ann Scalf, 66, formerly of Sandusky, passed away late Saturday afternoon, Feb. 27, 2010, in Harding Pointe in Marion, Ohio, after a lengthy illness.
She was born Sept. 17, 1943, in Sandusky to Elmer William and Edna Claire (Dilts) Geisler. She was a graduate of Sandusky St. Mary High School and had worked for more than 30 years for Goodwill Industries of Sandusky. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Katherine "Kay" (Lebus) Holbrook of Milan, and three grandchildren, Kimberly, Brittney and Michael Slater, all of Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
At her request, there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky. The Rev. David Nuss will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Sandusky.
