Harold R. Moore, age 75, of Bellevue, died Monday morning, May 13, 2013, in his residence.
He was born April 17, 1938, in Brevard, N.C., and was a retired employee of the Ford Motor Co.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne (Falk); two daughters, Teresa (David) Jordan, and Pamela (Ken) Hoy, both of Sandusky; three sons, Harold Ray Moore of Sandusky, Scott Lee Moore of Jupiter, Fla., and Ronnie Jay Moore of Jacksonville, Fla.; two step daughters, Jackie (Joe) Hill of Norwalk, and Carol Chapman of Sandusky; one step son, Gary (Metta) Gedeman of Sandusky; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia (Charles) Hall of Wellington, Ky., and Loujean (Willard) Cress of Castle Rock, Wash.; and one brother, Jerome Moore of Washington.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Joe Moore in 1994; and two sisters, Elaine in 2003, and Annette Moore in 2010.
Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at Ransom Funeral Home, 610 S. Washington St., Castalia. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, May 16, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Katherine Suggitt officiating. Burial will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park Cemetery.
