Michael A. Clemens, 65, of Sandusky, passed away Tuesday afternoon, April 16, 2013, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
He was born Jan. 7, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, to Robert and Grace Clemens.
Michael was a 1966 graduate of Sandusky High School. He worked for Universal Clay Products for 39 years, then for McDonald’s. He was a member of the Sandusky Eagles 444. He enjoyed bowling, horseshoes, and gambling.
Michael is survived by his sons, Mark and Daniel, both of Sandusky; grandchildren, Spencer, Kelsey, Kaitlin, and Kayla; and daughter-in-law and caregiver, Jill Clemens.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patty; brothers, Don and Bob; and sisters, Carol and Judy.
Friends may call from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 19, at Oakland Cemetery, with Chaplain Darrell Gant of Stein Hospice officiating.
