Arlene E. Walker Boltenhouse passed away March 6, 2013, in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and was living in Woodbury, Tenn., for the past 10 months.
Arlene was born March 24, 1932, to Harry and Anna Mae Rabadeau Walker in Port Clinton. She married Clinton Boltenhouse in June 1951 and moved to Sandusky. She worked at Philco Photomart and Speedway.
She was known to all as Grams. She always had a listening ear for all. She loved to knit and crochet and made blankets for everyone.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Cheek, of Woodbury; grandchildren, Clinton Cook, of Woodbury, Andrew Cheek, of Sandusky, Dustin (Tonya) Cheek, of Murfreesboro, and Abby Hessler, of Sandusky; great-grandchildren, Dalton and Brittany Wood, Aeryn Carroll Armendarez, Jay, Taylor, Landon and Braydon; special adopted great-granddaughter, Baylee Baur; and sister-in-law, Sally Walker, of Toledo. Also surviving are special nieces and nephews.
Ms. Boltenhouse was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Richard Boltenhouse; her parents, Harry Joseph Walker and Anna Mae Rabeabu Walker; and brother, Harry Wayne Walker.
She will be laid to rest in Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
