Delores M. (Dahs) Parker, age 83, of Sandusky, died Friday evening, March 1, 2013, at Firelands Regional Medical Center.
She was born Jan. 24, 1930, in Sandusky, and graduated from Sandusky High School in 1948. She was a member of St. John's U.C.C., Milan, and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Delores loved to go golfing, bowling, and fishing, and she loved traveling across the U.S. visiting different places. She also enjoyed playing Bingo and cards. Delores attended every meeting with the Ford retirees and would help them out with anything they needed. She was a very loving mother and friend.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara (Richard) Skinner of Sandusky, and Donna Lagore of South Bloomingville, Ohio; three step granddaughters, Kelly, Karen, and Kerry; five step great-grandchildren, Kristine, Christopher, Nicole, Kylie, and Alicia; and one step great-great-granddaughter, Kaylee; sister, Jean Hahn of Huron; brother, Ron Dahs of Sandusky; several nieces and nephews; and good buddy, Jeanne Borsick.
Delores was preceded in death by her parents, Otto and Helen (Heuser) Dahsher; husband, Richard G. Parker, in 1988; daughter, Cynthia; son in-law, Gary M. Lagore; brother in infancy, Richard; and brother in-law, William Hahn.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 5, at St. John's U.C.C., 2712 Mason Road, Milan. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church, Rev. Wendy Schindler-Chasney will officiate.
