Todd A. Roth, 76, of Sandusky, passed away late Wednesday evening, Feb. 20, 2013, in Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky, after a lengthy illness.
He was born Feb. 18, 1937, in Sandusky, son of the late Francis "Frank" John and Louise Gayland (Townsend) Roth. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served during the Korean War. Todd worked as a truck mechanic for Chef Pantry for 30 years, retiring in 1981.
He enjoyed golfing, fishing, working on his different crafts and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Donna L. (Lane) Roth, whom he married Feb. 27, 1960; two sons, James G. "Jim" Roth and Tedd A. "Teddy" Roth, of Sandusky; two brothers, Gary (Rena) Roth, of Celina, Ohio, and Neil Roth, of Sandusky; several nieces and nephews.
At his request, there will be no visitation and cremation will take place. A private family graveside service will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
