Sherry A. Young, 59, of Sandusky, passed away late Sunday evening, Feb. 10, 2013, in Stein Hospice Care Center.
She was born June 4, 1953, in Webster Springs, W.Va.
Sherry was a member of Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, loved to do crafts and collect antiques.
She is survived by her children, Donna Dante, Deema (Carlos) Torres and Denando (Sheryl) Dante, all of Sandusky, and Darla (Mike) Busscher, of Big Lake, Minn.; special children, Dabbles Dante and R.J. Dante; 13 grandchildren; a great-grandson; sisters, Lora Kimble, of Elyria, and Jeanie Hull, Webster Springs; brothers, Kirby Schrader, of Rock Cave, W.Va., and Doug Schrader, Webster Springs; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Young; parents, Edward and Arletta (Hamrick) Schrader; and a brother, Edwin Schrader.
Friends may call 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, at Sandusky Community Church of the Nazarene, 1617 Milan Road, Sandusky, and from 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, until funeral services at 2 p.m. in the church. The Rev. David Flack will officiate. Burial will follow in Parkhurst Cemetery.
