Renee R. Beeson, of Melbourne, Fla., passed away Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013. She was formerly of Fostoria and Huron.
She was born Nov. 6, 1925, in Paris. She married John E. Beeson on Nov. 8, 1945, (67 years) and he survives.
Renee is survived by her son, William (Benedict) Beeson, of Paris; and daughter, Nancy Green, of Melbourne; grandchildren, Anthony (Peggy) Green, of Indianapolis, Chadd (Leeanne) Green, of Columbus, Janin (Chuck) Miller, of Cleveland, and Clotilde (Sebastian) Gicquel, of Paris; great-grandchildren, Madeleine, Anthony and Elisabeth Green, Spencer, Griffin and Brenna Green, Colton and Dawson Miller, and Roxanne Gicquel.
She was a member of the Humane Society and dearly loved her cat. She was an avid supporter of the National Parkinson Foundation and designed t-shirts to support research.
She was a very talented artist which was demonstrated in many of her projects including painting, needlepoint, knitting, etc. Her family and friends have all been enriched by all her work. She was a caring, loving person who will be dearly missed.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Faith Viera Lutheran, 5550 Faith Drive , Rockledge, Fla.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Renee's memory to the National Parkinson Foundation, 1501 NW 9th Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136.
