Ralph Joseph Brotzki, 57, of Monroeville, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, in The University of Toledo Medical Center surrounded by his family after a year 1/2 battle with colon cancer.
He was born May 14, 1955, in Sandusky and was a 1973 graduate of St. Mary Central Catholic High School. He worked more than 25 years at Amcor Rigid Plastics.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, his four dogs, and attending football games and track meets.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Paula A. (Logan) Brotzki, of Monroeville; children, Matthew (Amber) Brotzki, of Monroeville, Megan (Matthew) Sparks, of Norwalk, and Marcus Brotzki, of Dayton, Ohio; parents, Ralph and Rita Brotzki, of Sandusky; sisters, Gina Brotzki and Kathy Brotzki, of Sandusky; brother, Ben (Jennifer) Brotzki, of Benton Harbor, Mich.; four grandchildren, Landon, Lilly and Spencer Brotzki and Sophia Sparks; and a niece, Abigail Brotzki.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank and David Brotzki.There will be no visitation. A private memorial service will take place at a later date.
