Janet I. Postell, 57, of Attica, died at 5:55 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, in Stein Hospice Care Center, Sandusky.
She was born Feb. 15, 1955, in Bellevue to Glen Weaver, of Norwalk, and Sandra (Diebert) Soski, of Bellevue. Janet was formerly employed at R.R. Donnelley, National City Bank as a teller and the Attica Hub as a reporter.
She was a member of Attica United Methodist Church and enjoyed crafts, baking cakes, scrapbooking, and was an avid facebook user and enjoyed playing games on facebook.
Janet is survived by her husband, James C. Postell whom she married Jan. 19, 1974; son, Stephen Postell and Donna Frey, of Tiffin; two daughters, Brandy Esposito, of Clyde, and Jennifer I. Postell, of Attica; six grandchildren; her parents; three brothers, Terry Weaver, William Weaver and Patrick Weaver and sister, Sheri Hamilton, all of Florida.
She was preceded in death by a grandson and daughter-in-law, Jeanette (Gayheart) Postell.
Friends may call from 3 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 21, until services at 4 p.m. at Attica United Methodist Church. Pastor Michael Padula will officiate.
