Rosemary Beckett, 65, of Clyde died in her home on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012.
She was born in Valley Fork, W. Va., on Feb. 10, 1947, to Harley and Ona (Hunt) Bullard. She graduated from high school in 1965 in West Virginia.
For 17 years Rosemary worked at St. Francis Rehabilitation Hospital, retiring in 2001. On June 27, 1965, she married Loy Beckett and he preceded her in death on May 6, 2001. She enjoyed working outdoors, however, the true focus of her life was her family, especially the grandchildren.
Rosemary is survived by her daughters, Marsha (Dave) Ritter of Troy, Ohio, and Lisa (Wendell) Baker, Clyde; four grandchildren, Adam (Mollie) Ritter, Kristin Ritter, Lindsey (Troy) Wetzel and Lauren Baker; sisters, Nannie Macel Paxton, Virgie Olive Hamrick, Mona Fay Hard; sisters-in-law, Janice Bullard and Diana Bullard.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brothers, Coy (Bonnie) Bullard, Russell Bullard and Larry Gene Bullard.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m. Thurs., Nov. 15, at the funeral home. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
