Lovie B. Wilson, 79, Sandusky, passed from her earthly home into her heavenly home Monday, May 10, 2010.
She was born to the union of James and Kitty (Grey) Jobe, July 30, 1930, in Weir, Miss. Lovie was a faithful member of East Parish Street Church of Christ. She was employed by Providence Hospital for 38 years until her retirement. She had a love for collecting dolls and pictures.
Lovie leaves to mourn her passing, two daughters, Annie (Claude Jr.) Aaron and Nannie Jobe, both of Sandusky; son, Frank James Jobe of Sandusky; six grandchildren, Taushawn (Rick) Townsend, Alex (Charlotte) King, Anthony (Renée) King, Tracy Aaron, Tonya Aaron and John Devin Jobe; 15 great-grand-children; sister, Bonnie Jobe of Chicago; special friend,Jerline Musgrove; and a host of nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Mike Jobe, Harvey Jobe and Moses Jobe; and four sisters, Lilly Ashford, Lizzie Seward, Grace Kirkwood and Lucille Jobe.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. Saturday until funeral services at 1 p.m. in East Parish St. Church of Christ, 1219 E. Parish St., Sandusky. Brother Jeff Sherman will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
