Mary (O’Donnell) Yuravak, 78, of Huron and formerly of Fairview Park, Ohio, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, in Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.
She was born Oct. 12, 1933, in Cleveland and was a resident of Huron for the last 17 years coming from Fairview Park.
She graduated from St. Michael High School, Cleveland, in 1951 and then graduated from St. Alexis School of Nursing, Cleveland, in 1954 and worked as a registered nurse for more than 36 years retiring from Fairview Hospital.
She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Huron. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, ceramics and boating.
Survivors include three sons, Robert J. (Jayne), William P. (Debbie), and David A. (Sheri) Yuravak; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Yuravak; a son, Brian P. Yuravak; her parents, John F. and Anna J. (Shae) O’Donnell; and a brother, Jack O’Donnell.
Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at Foster Funeral Home, 410 Main St., Huron. A funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at St. Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main St., Huron. The Rev. Jeff Sikorski will officiate. Entombment will be in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
