Inge Crabtree, 63, of Milan, passed away early Saturday morning, Sept. 29, 2012, in her home after a lengthy illness.
She was born on April 9, 1949, in Germany, the daughter of John and Dora (Strebel) Beregsasi. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed working in her yard and gardening.
Inge is survived by her husband of 47 years, Lloyd R. Crabtree, whom she married on Sept. 11, 1965; daughter, Sherry M. Jagel of Norwalk; two sons, Tony R. (Melinda Pike) Crabtree of Columbus and Scott M. (Teresa) Crabtree of Norwalk; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Smith of Sandusky; brother, Harry Beregsasi of Bellevue; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Rudy Beregsasi and Bernie Baumgartner.
Visitation will be held 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3, at David F. Koch Funeral Home, 520 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, at the funeral home. Rev. B. R. Hatfield of Venice Road Baptist Church officiating. At her request cremation will take place following the service.
