Steven James Natole, 59, of Bellevue, passed away Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009, in The Bellevue Hospital, following a lengthyillness.
He was born August 22, 1949, the son of Joseph Natole and Etta (Arnett) Thomas.
Steven was a class of 1969 graduate of Bellevue High School. He served our country in the U.S. Air Force from 1969-73, serving in Aviano, Italy. He worked for more than 30 years and retired from International Metal Hose.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Elks Lodge 1013, VFW post 1238, American Legion post 46, and Club Amer-ital. He was an avid golfer and a former Bellevue City councilman for 10 years.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret J. (McDonough) Natole, whom he married Nov. 14, 1973, in North Olmsted, Ohio; son, Matthew James Natole of Cleveland; daughter, Janna Morgan Magley of Bellevue; grandsons, Liam Magley and Kelton Magley; mother, Etta Thomas of Bellevue; brothers, Michael (Dorothy) Natole and Charles (Cindy) Natole, both of Bellevue; half brothers, Bruce Natole, Kevin Natole, Jonathan Natole and Joseph P. Natole, all of Bellevue; and sister and brother–in-law, Victoria and Michael Oneil.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Natole; father-in-law, James McDonough; and mother-in-law, Catherine McDonough.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday in Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, where a rosary service will be at 3:30 p.m. and the Bellevue Posts of the VFW and American Legion will conduct military honors at 3:45 p.m. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue, officiated by the Rev. Jonathan Wight.
