Judy V. Crum, 56, of Republic, Ohio, died suddenly Saturday afternoon, Dec. 27, 2008, in The Bellevue Hospital and went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
She was born April 16, 1952, in Sandusky, daughter of the late Virginia and Leroy Eddy. She was a 1971 graduate of Sandusky High School. Judy liked crocheting and crafting. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, watching her grandson wrestle and play football, and fishing with her husband, Jack.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Jack A. Crum Sr., whom she married in 1971; daughter, Dee V. Crum of Sandusky; two sons, Jack A. (Katrina) Crum Jr. of Sandusky and Jedidiah R. (Karen) Crum of Lorain; 10 grandchildren; her brother, Thomas (Sandy) Eddy of Sandusky; and life long friends, Luanne Keller and Tina Johnson of Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Virginia Eddy, and one brother, Raymond Eddy.
Friends may call 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday in Groff Funeral Home, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, where funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Peter Dodd of Grace Baptist Church, Port Clinton, will officiate. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park.
