Mary E. Duignan, 91, formerly of Sandusky, died early Tuesday morning, Nov. 4, 2008, in Harborside Heath Care Center, Westlake, Ohio, following a brief illness.
She was born Feb. 20, 1917, in Sandusky, and had lived in the Cleveland area since 1990.
She is survived by three sons, Earl (Sharon) Duignan of Omaha, Neb., William Duignan of Wellington, Ohio, and James Duignan of Williston, Ohio; two grandchildren, Kelly Duignan and Brian (Elizabeth) Duignan; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her husband, F. Stanley Duignan in 1985; parents, Earl and Ellen (Ross) Walrath; and two sisters.
Friends may call from 1 p.m. Thursday until funeral service at 2 p.m. in Pfeil Funeral Home, Sandusky Chapel, 617 Columbus Ave.; the Rev. Marty Nassr will officiate. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
