Vivian Simsa, 72, of Lambertville, Mich., and formerly of Aurora, Ohio, passed away Monday, Sept. 8, 2008, at her daughter’s residence where she made her home.
She was born May 28, 1936, in Mantua, Ohio, daughter of the late Frank A. and Susan A. (Myers) Null. Vivian was a homemaker and enjoyed going to casinos and gambling. She also enjoyed bowling, golf and taking care of her family.
Vivian is survived by her sons, Scott (Susie) of North Port, Fla., and William (Jan) of Findlay, Ohio; daughter, Debra (Warren) Marshall of Lambertville; grandchildren, Nathan, Zachary, Scott Jr., Angela and Ryan; great-grandchildren, Talon, Rayne, Kira, Lannie, Haley and Cole; brother and sisters-in-law, John (Grace) Simsa, Ron (Pat) Simsa, Robert (Heidi) Simsa and Maryan (Dick) Jenkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, who passed away Aug. 3, 1992.
Calling hours are 10 a.m. until noon Friday in Mallory-DeHaven-Carlson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8382 Center St., Garrettsville, Ohio, where funeral services will be at noon Friday; the Rev. Fred Bell officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery in Mantua.
