Sue McMonigal Warnecke, 60, loving wife, mother and grandmother, left this world peacefully, Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at home.
Sue was born in Ottawa, Ohio, July 25, 1947, daughter of the late William and Doris Elizabeth (Altman) McMonigal. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Clyde, Clyde Eagles Auxiliary and Clyde Fire Dept. Auxiliary. With her husband she owned Town and Country Homes of Clyde.
Surviving are her husband, William Warnecke, whom she married Nov. 30, 1963; children, Toni M. (John) Dagg of Fremont, Kimberly A. (Allen) Carn and William Dennis Warnecke, both of Clyde, and Paulette R. Warnecke (Jeff Johnson) of Bettsville; grandchildren, whom she loved and spoiled and who will miss her greatly, Whitney Tea, Tayler Tea, Emily A. Dagg, Samuel Dagg, Jake Dagg, Molly Kate Warnecke and William Maxwell Warnecke; two sisters, Janice P. Ketner of Leipsic, Ohio, and Karon L. Knisley of Ray, Ohio. She will also be deeply missed by her faithful little buddy, Albert Douglas.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday in Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, Clyde. Her funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Clyde; the Rev. Dennis Schroeder will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Clyde.
