Mary "Pat" Griffiths, 67, of Marblehead, died unexpectedly Monday, June 30, 2008, in H.B. Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton.
She was born April 5, 1941, in Marion, Ohio, the daughter of Clyde and Mary (Dutcher) Calvert.
Pat was a homemaker and former member of the Danbury CCL, worked on the election board for many years, and enjoyed her card club, fishing, gardening, doing crossword puzzles and playing dominoes.
Surviving are her husband, John "Jack," whom she married June 13, 1959; daughters, Patty (Tony) Brugnone of Oak Harbor and Ginger (Greg Boring) Griffiths of Fremont; grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley and Tony Brugnone; brother, William Calvert of South Carolina; and sisters, Doris (Gene) Spears, Carrie Byrd and Linda Harper, all of Marion.
She was preceded in death by her son, John, in 1982; parents; and sister, Rose Weber.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. Saturday until services at 1 p.m. in Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, Marblehead.
Burial will follow in Sackett Cemetery.
