Lois Beverick, 75, of Marblehead and formerly of Huron, died Thursday, May 8, 2008, at her Marblehead residence.
She was born Oct. 18, 1932, in Sandusky. She was a longtime resident of Erie and Huron Counties before moving to Brooksville, Fla. from 1994-2007.
She was active at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Brooksville and volunteered for several groups in that area.
She was a former member of St. Peter Catholic Church, Huron, and the Altar and Rosary Society. She enjoyed her card club.
Survivors include two daughters, Ann (Raymond) Logan of Mansfield and Lisa Beverick of Sandusky; four sons, Wayne (Beverly) Beverick of Sandusky, Frank (Debra) Beverick of Milan, Craig Beverick of Marblehead, and Marty (Martha) Beverick of Lakeside; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Frances Galloway and Ceil Oswald, both of Sandusky, Dolores Morris of Columbus, and Patricia Laux of Sandusky.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne in 1994; son, Jeff in 1973; and a sister and three brothers.
Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday in Foster Funeral Home, 410 Main St., Huron. Funeral Mass will be 2 p.m. Monday at St. Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main St., Huron.
