KEY WEST, Fla.
Alice Marie (Chamberlain) Brady, 64, of Key West, Fla., died March 7, 2008, in Lower Keys Medical Center, Key West.
Alice was raised in Sandusky and attended St. Mary's High School. She graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in Toledo, and went on to make nursing her lifelong career. She married Patrick Brady in 1967, and after several moves with the Navy, they settled down and called Key West home.
She is lovingly survived by daughters, Lisa (Keith) Dunham of Hope, N.J., and Shana Brady of Big Coppitt Key, Fla.; brothers, Charles, Ralph and David Chamberlain, all of Sandusky; sisters, Rita Manner of Sandusky, Marilyn Millis of Huron, Lois Ulmer of Sandusky, and Joyce Tight of Amherst; grandsons, Tucker and Cole Dunham of Hope. She leaves behind many friends and more relatives who remember her as a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and as well as a caring, compassionate nurse.
A memorial service and celebration of life for Alice will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary's Church, 429 Central Ave., Sandusky; the Rev. David Nuss will officiate. Please join the family in the Commons after Mass for sharing of memories and a final farewell.
