David Michael-Terrence Peak, 16, died unexpectedly late Thursday evening in Bellevue Hospital.
He was born Nov. 14, 1991, in Lorain, Ohio. He was a sophomore at Flat Rock School in Bellevue. He enjoyed walking, being outdoors and around friends and other children.
He is survived by his mother, Doreen (Konrad) Peak of Vermilion; special mother, Christine Adams of Bellevue; three sisters, Tabitha and Ashley Adams, both of Bellevue, and Jamie Peak; three brothers, Johnnie and Jason Peak, both of Lorain, and Josh Peak of Bellevue; grandmother, Doris Konrad of Vermilion; aunt, Elsie Konrad of Vermilion; uncle, Jack Peak; and several other relatives.
His father, John Peak, preceded him in death.
Friends may call from 12 p.m. until services at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Groff Funeral Home, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
